After successfully defeating the previous ticket sales of Twilight Saga, The Hunger Games movie seemed have a change to become the best-selling film in this year. In his second week on box office, film adaptation of Suzzanne Collins's best-selling novel is still topped the Box Office.
And in this week is the release date of two other big films. The first film is Wrath of the Titans which is a sequel to the blockbuster film Clash of the Titans. While the film is Mirror Mirror, a film that describes a new version of Snow White fairy tale story, starring Lily Collins and Julia Roberts.
The second movie was just released this week is still not able to shift the position of The Hunger Games. The Hunger Games so far have collected $ 251 million in the U.S., and $ 364 million in the world. While Wrath of the Titans only able to generate $ 34.2 million alone, and Mirror Mirror generate lower by only $ 19 million.
Both of film was financed with a larger budget than production of The Hunger Games. The Hunger Games is phenomenal. The movie version follows tremendous success of the novel and has had millions of fans around the world. Even the film is planned to be made in the form of Trilogy. The next sequel titled Catching Fire will be released next year. And after that, the next chapter Mockingjay will be the last of the trilogy.
