Following Chow Yun Fat, Jackie Chan and Jet Lee who has been crisscrossing in Hollywood movie, the famous Hong Kong actor Andy Lau soon will be appear in Hollywood movie. Andy Lau is rumored to be soon joined in superhero sequel Iron Man 3. Lau reportedly is currently in final negotiations with Marvel Studios.
He was offered a role as young scientist from China who helped Tony Stark (Iron Man) in developing new technologies to fight the terrorists. The main enemy will be faced by Iron Man in this sequel is The Mandarin (which will be played by Ben Kingsley).
The selection of Asian actors hope can enliven Iron Man 3 in Asia. Some of the shooting itself will take place in China.
Even the two big Chinese companies (Walt Disney China and DMG Entertainment) is also rumored have invested a lot of money in this film. Iron Man 3 is directed by Shane Black (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang).
