HANAMIZUKI : May Your Love Bloom a Hundred Years | When you love each other sometime Miracle happen

This is a recommended film for you who love to watch romantic movie. This is a 2010 Japan movie about a girl who try so hard to achieve her dream to become career woman. In beginning, she was accepted in a University and must had a part from her boyfriend. She has a long distance relationship with her boyfriend. At first, all going smoothly after her boyfriend decide to break up. The story begin 10 years after that. There something happen.

Plot Sae (Yui Aragaki) is a high school student who is studying hard for her college entrance exams. She lost his father when she was very young and lived with her mother Ryoko (Hiroko Yakushimaru) in Hokkaido, Japan. His fatherKemimichi (Arata), plant the dogwood tree in their garden after he knew he had a terminal illness and can not see Sae grow up. Sae hoping to enter a university in Tokyo.

She then meets Kouhei (Ikuta Toma), who attended High School that specially teach abot Fishing. Kouhei hope to follow his father and grandfather path to become fishermen. Sae and Kouhei meet and have a long distance relationship.Though their strong love did not last.

10 years later both of them had a miracle ..






Notes 

  • The film is based on a pop song of 2004 by You Hitoto titled "Hanamizuki". 
  • Filming was done in Hokkaido, Japan. Shooting then moved to New Yorkand Canada in early 2010.
  • "Yui Aragaki" Sae played as a teenager all the way up to the woman's 28-year career. This was the first time that Yui Aragaki act as adult character. 
  • "Yui Aragaki" did a few lines in English and therefore she learned English to prepare for her role.
